We take care of everything, providing all the necessary bartending tools and arriving early to set up the bar so it is fully functional by the time your guests arrive. At the end of the night our team will ensure a thorough clean-up of the bar and organize any leftover products. Our professional staff are well-versed in handling various bar formats, including cash bars, tabs, tickets, and open bars. Our main service areas are Calgary, Saskatoon, and Edmonton, but are happy to travel outside those city limits.

ProServe Certified Bartenders: Skilled in crafting delicious cocktails and managing bar operations to keep guests refreshed.
Special Event Servers: Friendly and attentive staff dedicated to providing exceptional food and drink service throughout your event.
Waitstaff: Professional waitstaff to help out with buffet set up, take down, clearing plates and glassware, and to help out where ever is needed while attending to guests' needs.
Set Up and Takedown Staff: Experienced team members to assist with setup before the event and takedown afterward, ensuring everything runs seamlessly.

Liquor Tastings and Event Staffing

We understand that every brand has a unique story to tell, and our dedicated team is skilled at bringing your brand to life. Our experienced staff members arrive fully prepared, well-informed about your products, and ready to engage with customers authentically.

Following each event we provide a comprehensive report detailing the outcomes and highlights from the day. This includes insights from our interactions and feedback on customer engagement, allowing you to gauge the success of the event and understand your audience better. We have experience working at liquor stores, festivals and markets.

Table Rentals

We offer Cocktail Tables complete with or without linens, bar rentals and Champagne wall. Our rental packages include set up and take down.

Arched Wall Rental

Our arched wall can be used for champagne and comes with champagne glasses and sign options such as Bubbles, Cocktails, Shots, or Cheers. Custom signs can also be requested as long as we receive enough notice.
